#TransferRumours: East Bengal FC linked to rope in former left back!

With new investors onboard and Indian Super League dreams all set to become a reality, East Bengal FC are also back on field in the transfer market and they are heavily linked to sign back their former left back Narayan Das as a first of many new names the club is hunting to make their squad ready for the ISL.
Narayan Das was part of the East Bengal FC team back in 2015-16 and 2016-17 season in the I-League campaign. He then moved on ISL and played for FC Goa, Delhi Dynamos and Odisha FC.
In 2019/20 season, Narayan Das made 18 appearance for Odisha FC playing a whopping 1554 minutes and recording an assist to his name. In last three seasons of ISL, Narayan Das has played a total of 54 matches which shows he is a seasoned professional in the ISL and would indeed strengthen the left back position of East Bengal FC which did require some attention with just veteran Keegan Pereira in the setup.
Should East Bengal decide to add new domestic players to their squad, Narayan Das could become the first name on that list. Besides being a local boy and former player, they need someone strong on the left.#Indianfootball #ISL #Transfers #eastbengal

The deal is not finalized yet but his inclusion would certainly benefit the team and this would just be the beginning of a series of incoming transfers as the team management would look to enrich the squad and make it ready for the Indian Super League.
