East Bengal FC team management are not calming down at any cost in the transfer market as they are adamant to build a decent squad for the upcoming season where they are looking to participate in the Indian Super League.

As per sources, they have now trying to rope in former ATK and North East United FC left back Keegan Pereira who was with the Jamshedpur FC in the 2019/20 ISL season.

Keegan Pereira had been part of Bengaluru FC and the Indian national team in 2016. He was a regular starter for ATK and NEUFC. However, in 2019/20 season, he made just 4 appearances for Jamshedpur FC and was released in January by the ISL franchise and ever since he is without a team.

East Bengal FC have already roped in defenders Lalramchullova and Novin Gurung, both of them can play as left backs as well as right backs. They are also linked with Mohammed Irshad from Gokulam Kerala FC who too can play as a LB and LCB. The team management is certainly getting multiple options ready as they are building the squad for the upcoming season.
