After a convincing win against defending champions Chennai City FC, a resurgent Quess East Bengal FC team is all set to face the Indian Arrows in the next match of the Hero I-League campaign on Saturday at the Kalyani Stadium.

The team management has announced previously that newly appointed coach Mario Rivera will arrive on the Matchday and might even be present on the dugout for the game. Ahead of that, assistant coach Bastab Roy and Marçal Trulls Sevilliano has been incharge of the team, making preparations for the game on Saturday.

Bastab Roy looked confident as he spoke to the press ahead of the game. He said, “We got back to winning ways against Chennai but there is no scope for any complacency to creep in. We cannot take Indian Arrows lightly or else we will be in big…big trouble. They are fast and tactically sound as they have been put under a good supporting staff by the AIFF. We will need to be at our best to continue the momentum and challenge for the title.”

Bastab Roy was also asked about the probable lineup against the Arrows but he denied to comment anything on it saying, “We still haven’t decided on the lineup yet. We have a training session tomorrow and after that we will decide on the starting lineup on the morning of the match-day.”

On being asked about the chances of getting the title and also the poor performance of the team so far, Bastab Roy very calmly nodded off saying, “The League is not over yet.”
