Rumours: Former Galatasaray star linked with the Red and Golds!

The official announcement for the entry into the Indian Super League is due anytime and East Bengal FC team management is not wasting any time in the transfer market as they look to build a squad for the campaign. The club is yet to announce the names of either the coach or any of the foreigners however some top names have been linked with a move. Adding to the list as per latest rumours is former Turkey national team and Galatasaray attacking midfielder Emre Çolak, who has also played in the La Liga for Deportivo La Coruna.
Emre Çolak has played 180 matches for Galatasaray and 79 matches for Deportivo La Coruna, including 59 in the La Liga in between 2016-2018 where he scored 4 goals and assisted 10 times. He then moved on to Al Wahda Mekka in the Saudi Professional League in 2018-19 before moving back to Deportivo La Coruna last season in the La Liga 2 making 16 appearances and scoring twice.
Çolak has also featured in the UEFA Champions League with Galatasaray in 2012/13, 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons making 10 appearances in the elite competition.
The rumours are coming thick and fast for the Red and Gold brigade and it shall continue until official announcements are made from the club. As of now, no news about confirmation of the deal happening has come out.
