East Bengal Football Club is all set to officially set-off their reserve team from the 2020/21 season. The team would primarily consist of players from the academy and other young talents, making it a bridge between the youth and the senior teams.

The club had already confirmed previously the signing of talents like Dilliram Sanyasi, Freestar Kharbangar etc. for the reserve team along with academy graduates like Deep Saha, who was highly rated.

As per sources, the club has roped in two more young Bengali players Tanmoy Ghosh and Bablu Oraon, both of them were part of the George Telegraph team in the 2019/20 CFL campaign and then later featured for the Bengal Santosh Trophy team.
