East Bengal team after a hat-trick of wins on their back are flying high and look to continue the momentum when they will face against Real Kashmir on Friday evening at the Salt Lake Stadium.

Real Kashmir FC have won their previous game against the league leaders Chennai City FC away at Chennai are themselves sitting at the second position with a game more played and two points ahead than East Bengal. The I League debutants have been very strategic in their approach with their Scottish coach David Robertson making the most of their limited resources.

Coach Alejandro Menendez should be aware of physical power that the Real Kashmir side had displayed in their outings. However, he will be relieved as Real Kashmir starman Mason Robertson has been ruled out of the fixture due to “Food poisoning” and their frontman Ivorian Gnohere Krizo is doubtful after he injured himself in the training, just the morning before of the game.

East Bengal will be most probably fielding the same side they did against Churchill Brothers to continue the winning momentum with all hopes relying on Joby Justin and Jaime Santos to score. East Bengal, if they manage to win this game will go second in the league tables on H2H, level on points against league leaders Chennai City FC before the January transfer window begins.
